1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name (as per your MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, and your correct date of birth. False or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your max bet username and password. Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols). Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. max bet will not be held responsible for any losses or unauthorised transactions resulting from another party's use of your account information.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your name only. max bet does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unauthorised source, max bet reserves the right to freeze the balance and return the funds.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Limits & Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000. Withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 may be subject to additional compliance review before processing.

5.2 Processing Time

For standard withdrawals (below RM 10,000), funds will be credited to your account within 5–15 minutes via your registered payment method. Larger withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

5.3 Additional Requirements

• You must complete at least one (1) full wagering cycle using deposited funds before your first withdrawal.
